We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Associates who can guide customers through their purchase journey and offer expert recommendations on our high-value, handcrafted stone-based products.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Consultation & In-Store Experience
Engage with walk-in or inbound customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized product suggestions.
Provide complete product information and highlight the unique value of each gemstone.
Assist clients with selection, sizing, and packaging for gifting or personal use.
Product Knowledge & Upselling
Develop in-depth understanding of gemstones, their types, features, and occasions they're suited for.
Confidently upsell premium options and create value-based pitches for higher conversions.
Handle objections professionally and ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to purchase.
Relationship Building & Repeat Sales
Build rapport with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
Offer after-sales support and handle basic client concerns or queries.
Sales & CRM Management
Achieve monthly sales targets to earn handsome incentives
Update leads, inquiries, and client records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory, and dispatch updates.
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in
retail, direct sales, luxury sales, or high-ticket B2C sales
is a plus.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
A passion for customer service and a sales-first mindset.
Basic familiarity with gemstones or luxury products is preferred (training will be provided).
