About the Role:

We are seeking energetic professionals with experience in

international sales or US/international voice processes

to join our growing logistics team. As a Sales Associate, you will drive outbound sales, manage client relationships, and support smooth freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through outbound calls and lead development Drive client acquisition and expand customer base Build and maintain strong client relationships Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers Manage documentation and resolve operational issues

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months' experience in US/International voice process, sales, or international ticketing Background in freight brokerage or logistics is a strong plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. Willingness to work night shifts (aligned to US time zone). Familiarity with US geography and logistics terms is an advantage
