Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume
outbound cold calls
to prospective students
Follow up with inbound and outbound leads provided by the company
Counsel students regarding online UG and PG programs, eligibility, fees, and admission process
Convert leads into successful enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets
Maintain accurate lead details and follow-ups in CRM systems
Handle student and parent queries professionally
Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation mandatory
(any discipline)
Minimum
6 months of experience in inside sales or telesales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Comfortable working in a
target-based, cold-calling environment
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in
education sales / EdTech / online course sales
is an advantage
Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
