Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy & Execution

: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales/profit goals; analyze market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.

Team Leadership

: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales teams to enhance performance and ensure goal achievement.

Channel Management

: Onboard, nurture, and manage relationships with a large network of channel partners, coordinating joint sales efforts and events.

Lead Generation & Conversion

: Drive direct client interactions, presentations, and manage the entire sales pipeline from inquiry to closure.

Customer Relationship Management

: Build strong client bases, address queries, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Reporting & Analysis

: Prepare regular sales MIS, CRM updates, pipeline reports, and present performance insights to senior management.

Marketing Coordination

: Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, events, and promotions to generate leads.

Essential Skills & Qualifications



1 to 2 year of Business Development. Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication abilities. Deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing, and competitor landscapes.
