Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Associate who can confidently represent our creative services, build relationships, and support business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads and enquiries
Present company services to potential clients
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Coordinate with design and project teams for client requirements
Maintain client data, follow-ups, and sales reports
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Attend client meetings (online/offline) when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or client servicing
Confidence in calling, emailing, and presenting
Organized and detail-oriented
Willingness to learn about creative, branding, and experiential services
