Responsibilities
Conduct quality client outreach (both warm and cold) through calls and meetings
Listen actively to clients, identify needs, and map them with partner solutions
Maintain accurate records of outreach and client interactions
Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with the team to meet outreach and conversion targets
Represent the organization professionally in all client-facing interactions
Any other tasks assigned for brand development and admin related work.
Qualifications
Fluency in written and spoken English
Excellent listening skills and strong interpersonal communication
Ability to work independently in a remote setup with laptop, internet, and quiet environment
Understanding of quality outreach and client relationship building
Adaptability to learn and switch from B2C to B2B sales practices
Strong organizational skills and ability to stay focused during remote work
