Key Responsibilities
Conduct
cold calls
to generate new business leads and pitch SparxIT services to prospective clients.
Identify and qualify potential clients through online research, email campaigns, and social platforms.
Schedule meetings and demos for senior BD or Sales Managers.
Assist in creating proposals, RFP responses, and business presentations.
Collaborate with the pre-sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing and conversion.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and outreach targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
6 months - 1.5 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / IT Sales.
Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident telephone manner.
Prior experience in
cold calling and lead generation
for IT or software services preferred.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn outreach.
