We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven

Sales Counsellors

with prior experience in

cold calling and real estate sales

. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for identifying leads, pitching property options, and booking site visits.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospective buyers and investors Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, and database follow-ups Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options Coordinate and schedule property site visits Maintain daily call records and lead data in CRM systems Follow up with clients to close sales and achieve monthly targets Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, and developer offers

Required Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience

in

cold calling

, preferably in

real estate

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong sales orientation and result-driven mindset Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Confident, proactive, and self-motivated personality Graduation preferred
