Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and laboratories, to offer bio-medical waste management services.
Lead Generation & Sales:
Develop a pipeline of prospective customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and business visits.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement.
Market Research:
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to identify new business opportunities.
Negotiation & Agreement Closure:
Conduct negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize service agreements with clients.
Compliance Awareness:
Educate clients about bio-medical waste management regulations and ensure their adherence to compliance standards.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to streamline service delivery and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management, preferably in waste management, healthcare, or environmental services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
Knowledge of
bio-medical waste regulations and compliance
is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
