Job Purpose

The Sales Associate's core responsibility is to sell hotel, resort, and villa inventory at a profitable margin, acting as an all-rounder who bridges guests, partner hoteliers, and internal teams. This requires a blend of hospitality expertise, commercial skills, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell partner properties (hotels, resorts, villas) through direct and indirect channels, ensuring profitable margins for the company. Communicate value propositions to both guests and hoteliers in hospitality-specific terminology. Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients, travel agencies, and B2C guests. Build and maintain strong relationships with property partners, understanding their needs, offerings, and expectations. Conduct follow-ups with hoteliers to manage and update inventory, ensure rate parity, and address concerns. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, revenue management) to optimize promotion and distribution. Collect guest feedback and relay actionable insights to improve service or resolve partner issues. Track sales performance using CRM tools and report on targets, conversion rates, and profit margins.
