Job Description

We are looking for a

Sales Manager

with 2-5 years of experience in the travel industry. The role involves leading sales efforts, driving business from

corporates, HNIs, and group travelers

, mentoring a small team, and ensuring achievement of monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales for

business class flights, premium holidays, and corporate travel solutions

. Identify, approach, and close deals with

corporate clients and HNIs

. Manage and guide team to meet their individual targets. Prepare and present

quotations, proposals, and corporate pitches

. Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales within defined timelines. Build and maintain strong

client relationships

to drive repeat business and referrals. Track team performance using

CRM tools and sales reports

. Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay updated with

airline offers, visa rules, and luxury travel trends

.

Skills & Requirements

2-5 years of proven experience in

travel sales / corporate sales / B2C sales

. Strong exposure to

business class fares, holidays, MICE, and corporate travel

. Excellent

communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

. Ability to

meet and exceed team sales targets

. Proficiency in

MS Office, CRM tools, and GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)

. Bachelor's degree in

Business, Tourism, or Hospitality
