We are hiring for our reputed client, and the position is on urgent basis!

Position Overview:As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers--showcasing the product, converting leads and driving growth from initial call to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct engaging online product demos via platforms like Google Meet/Zoom, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs and address queries effectively.

2. Initiate inbound calls to identify potential customers from leads, implementing follow-up procedures to nurture leads and convert them into active customers.

3. Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to product utilization.

4. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer feedback, queries and interactions using CRM tools for accurate and up-to-date information.

5. Report customer feedback, suggestions and market insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

? 6 months to 2 years of experience (internship or full-time) in sales or business development.

? Strong verbal and presentation skills with the ability to confidently demonstrate products to potential customers.

? Interpersonal Skills: A natural relationship-builder with empathy, professionalism, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.

? Target-Driven: Motivated by goals and the challenge of converting leads into loyal customers.

? Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hindi and English. Additionally, fluency in at least one of the following regional languages is required: Tamil/ Marathi/ Malayalam/ Kannada

? Multilingual candidates are highly preferred.

? Must be open to relocating to Hyderabad.
