. This role is ideal for candidates who are motivated, target-driven, and passionate about building client relationships.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, handling client communications, and driving revenue for the agency.

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms. Pitch The CTC Agency's services to prospective clients. Build and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Report daily/weekly sales activities to the manager. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Skills Required

Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English/Hindi preferred). Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling. Negotiation & persuasion skills. Self-motivated and result-driven mindset. Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Eligibility

Permanent Role:

0-2 years of sales or business development experience. Graduate in any stream (MBA/Marketing is a plus).

Internship Role:

Students, freshers, or recent graduates are welcome. No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits

Permanent Role:

?6,000 - ?12,000 per month + Incentives & Performance Bonus.

Internship:

Stipend ?5,000 - ?10,000 per month or performance-based incentives.
