We are looking for a stylish, high-energy, and customer-focused

Sales Associate

to join our boutique team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing a personalized shopping experience, offering expert style advice, and maintaining the visual appeal of our store. Key Responsibilities

Customer Styling:

Greet customers warmly and provide one-on-one styling advice to help them find the perfect outfits.

Sales Excellence:

Meet and exceed daily sales targets by suggesting complementary items (up-selling) and building customer loyalty.

Visual Merchandising:

Ensure the store remains tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Assist in setting up window displays and new collection launches.

Operations:

Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, process payments, and manage returns or exchanges accurately.

Inventory Management:

Assist in unpacking new arrivals, tagging merchandise, and conducting regular stock checks.

Brand Ambassadorship:

Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge to represent the boutique professionally.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

Previous experience in retail sales (preferably in fashion or luxury boutiques) is a plus.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.

Availability:

Flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Skills:

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and basic math skills for cash handling.

Attitude:

A proactive "can-do" mindset with a genuine interest in fashion trends.
