to join our SaaS sales team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and convert prospects into paying customers. You will build strong relationships with clients, showcase product value, and support them through the entire sales cycle -- from first contact to onboarding.
Responsibilities
Identify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients.
Understand customer needs and position product value effectively to close deals.
Manage leads and track pipeline activities using CRM tools.
Support the onboarding of new customers and collaborate with customer success teams.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, market trends, and competitors.
Provide timely feedback from customers to internal product and marketing teams.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales or B2B software selling (freshers with strong skills may apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain software features.
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience selling to healthcare, EdTech, or SMB customers (optional, customize as needed).
Understanding of SaaS sales models (subscription-based pricing, renewals, churn management).
Ability to communicate product value through consultative selling.
