We are looking for a

Field Sales & Marketing Associate

who can plan outreach strategies, travel to colleges and nearby areas, and bring admissions through active engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

field marketing plans

to increase student admissions. Visit

colleges, villages, towns, and local communities

to promote Pixelmind Academy's courses. Conduct seminars, orientation sessions, and promotional activities. Build relationships with

college coordinators, training placement officers, and local influencers

. Generate leads through on-ground campaigns, posters, events, and networking. Meet weekly and monthly student admission targets. Distribute pamphlets, set up stalls, and participate in events when required. Provide daily and weekly reports on field visits and outcomes. Identify new areas or institutions for outreach and propose marketing strategies. Support social media and branding initiatives when needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
