Job Description



1. Lead Generation & Outreach



Identify and engage potential clients using Lead generation tools like

Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Plan and execute

daily outreach campaigns

to build brand visibility and initiate conversations. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to generate

leads through Social Media platforms.


2. CRM & Data Management



Create and automate Sales pipelines and sales life cycle. Upload, tag, and segment prospect data in

Zoho CRM

for streamlined tracking and reporting. Monitor

inbound leads

from website chatbot, form submissions, and incoming calls.

3. Follow up, Conversion & Client Engagement



Convert qualified

leads into active customers

through personalized outreach and follow-ups. Implement structured email and call strategies to drive engagement and sales conversion. Share weekly performance reports.

4. Upselling & Network Expansion



Upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients. Expand corporate network via LinkedIn and Meta to promote product offerings and strengthening relationships. Track warm leads and initiate timely, strategic follow-ups to maximize conversion potential.

Qualifications



1. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 5-6 years of experience in sales, or lead generation roles.

3. Experience in

B2B sales or corporate outreach

is a must.

Skillsets



Hands-on experience with

Apollo

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

, and

Zoho CRM

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms like

Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads)

and website lead capture tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and upselling Ability to manage structured outreach cadences via email and phone Proficient in tracking conversions, maintaining logs, and reporting performance metrics Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a slow-paced environment.
