Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to increase market share for diamond jewelry products.

Build and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients, focusing on long-term partnerships.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through active market prospecting and client engagement.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective promotional materials and support sales initiatives.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with customers, ensuring profitable growth for the company.

Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to expand visibility and generate new leads.

Provide after-sales support and maintain client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Strategic thinking and the ability to identify growth opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs.

Experience working with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are accurately met and push to complete the order before deadline.

Ability to build effective sales pipelines and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

Old customer also in the pipeline and follow for new orders

To be present weekly report in the weekly meeting

Submit the daily report in the EOD

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
