We are seeking a
Sales Associate
who will be primarily responsible for driving high-ticket sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to overall growth. The role also involves collaborating with the team on marketing strategies, presentations, and sales initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive
high-ticket sales
through consultative selling and relationship building.
Develop and execute strategies to increase footfall and customer engagement.
Assist in creating and delivering
sales presentations
to potential clients/partners.
Work closely with marketing to design effective promotional campaigns.
Identify new business opportunities and build a strong customer pipeline.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure successful conversions.
Support management with reports, updates, and insights on sales performance.
Represent the brand professionally and uphold strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory).
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle
high-value client interactions
confidently.
Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,651.93 per month
