Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through follow-ups and referrals
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and generate reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services
Keep up to date with best practices and promotional trends
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
Hands-on experience with sales techniques and customer relationship management
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
