About the Role - Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Gokyo, you'll be the face of our brand - helping customers find the right gear, sharing your passion for the outdoors, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.

Location: Korum Mall, Thane

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting apparel, gear, and accessories. Share product knowledge and guide customers on technical features. Maintain store visual standards, merchandising, and inventory. Support sales targets and contribute to store performance. Foster a welcoming, helpful, and engaging environment.

What we're looking for

Retail & customer service experience (preferably in apparel/ outdoor clothing). Passion for outdoor adventure and active lifestyles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, approachable, and a team player. Based in Thane & Nearby area.
