Tech Telecaller
who can build and maintain professional relationships over calls.
Responsibilities
Reach out to
universities, placement cells, and organizations
through calls to introduce Zobsai and its offerings.
Generate leads, schedule meetings, and build long-term professional partnerships.
Clearly explain Zobsai's
career-focused solutions
to decision-makers.
Maintain detailed call logs, update CRM, and share follow-up reports with the team.
Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach and conversions.
Assist in
coordinating partnerships and collaborations
for Zobsai's career pilot initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in
telecalling, inside sales, or client outreach
(education/placement sector experience is a plus).
Excellent
communication and persuasion skills
in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus).
Comfortable with
target-driven roles
and professional networking.
Tech-savvy and able to use
CRM tools, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, organized, and confident in engaging with universities and organizations.
