Responsibilities:
? Understand patients' profiles and address their queries to create awareness about Pristyn Care's offerings.
? Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
? Provide empathetic guidance to patients throughout their treatment journey.
? Coordinate with internal teams (operations, doctors, and support staff) to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Requirements:
? 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or customer acquisition.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
? Languages: ? Mandatory: English
? Preferred (any of): Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi
? Strong persuasion skills and customer-focused approach.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Education: Graduate in any discipline
