Customer relationship management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to increase sales and repeat business.
Product knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of marble and granite products, their grades, finishes, and applications to effectively recommend solutions.
Sales targets:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Order management:
Prepare proposals and comparative charts, and coordinate with internal teams like logistics, procurement, and the showroom to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
Market analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Administrative duties:
Maintain accurate sales records and, in some cases, manage inventory.
