to join our Corporate Office team. The ideal candidate will handle room reservations, support sales activities, and ensure a seamless booking experience for guests across all Summit Hotels & Resorts properties.
Key Responsibilities
Handle hotel room reservations through calls, emails, online portals, and OTAs
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and booking requests
Coordinate with hotel operations teams for room availability and special requests
Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking systems
Support corporate and travel agent bookings
Assist the sales team with follow-ups, confirmations, and reports
Ensure high standards of customer service and communication
Key Requirements & Skills
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, reservation systems)
Fluency in
English, Nepali, and Hindi
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the
hospitality industry is an added advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
