Manage inbound and outbound leads through the entire sales cycle -- from initial contact to closing deals.
Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to identify potential customers and build strong relationships.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer information.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Track and report sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
