Job Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our onsite team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting solutions that create value. Whether you are a fresher eager to learn or an experienced professional ready to showcase your skills, this position offers exciting opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Present and explain our IT services (web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, etc.) to prospective clients. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions. Track sales activities, maintain records, and prepare basic performance reports. Stay updated with industry trends to identify new opportunities for business development.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales processes or willingness to learn. Confidence in presenting ideas and engaging with clients. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment. Knowledge of IT services or digital marketing is a plus, but not mandatory. Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field (Business, Marketing, or IT preferred but not required). Freshers with strong motivation and eagerness to grow in sales are encouraged to apply.
