Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads for E-commerce service sales (B2B).
Conduct
cold calls
and outreach to prospective clients.
Present our services, schedule and conduct
demo meetings
to showcase value.
Take regular
follow-ups
with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Negotiate terms, handle objections, and
close deals
effectively.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversion status.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly
sales targets
.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in E-commerce solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
in Sales, preferably in E-commerce, IT, or service-based industries.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain high conversion rates.
Comfortable with
cold calling
and field/client meetings.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and online business platforms is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
