What You'll Do:

Assist clients in understanding and selecting the right water solution products Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-office visits Handle basic back-office responsibilities like quotations, inventory updates, and invoicing Conduct occasional site visits for product demos, measurements, or supervision (training will be provided) Build and maintain long-term client relationships with integrity and professionalism

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp for Business, etc.) Well-mannered and respectful in dealing with clients and team members Prior sales or technical experience is a plus, but not required
