Responsibilities:

oHandle customers' inbound and outbound calls

oAnswer their queries professionally and provide information about our services.oKeep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client's requests.

oAccelerating company growth by sourcing new clients.

oKeeping a close eye on client's feedback.

oSuggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients.

Skill Required:

Strong communications skills. Strong Interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills. A relevant Bachelors/Master's degree.

A keen interest in business development.

An eye for changing business trends and, Strong communication and convincing skills
