Identify and approach potential clients for room bookings, events, and banquets.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and visits.
Maintain client database and ensure regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare sales proposals and contracts in coordination with the Sales Manager.
Work closely with the front office and reservations teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Participate in promotional events and activities to boost hotel visibility.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate daily/weekly sales reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., IDS, Opera).
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong customer orientation.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
