Responsibilities:

Meeting sales requirements providing quidance to team, coaching, and performance feedback

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints

Drive business results, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement

Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve team performance.

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience

High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.05 - ₹25,000.30 per month
