Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives, drive business growth, and manage our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. This role is crucial for our success as it involves not only creating and executing sales and marketing plans but also developing

compelling business proposals and determining competitive pricing strategies.



Working hours: 10-7 PM



Commission Per Proposal: 0.5% (Project Cost)



Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals. Identify and target new business opportunities, including key accounts and market segments. Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closing. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Business Proposal & Pricing:

Craft professional, persuasive, and customized business proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine and recommend competitive and profitable pricing strategies. Present proposals and pricing to clients, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.

Marketing Management:

Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing plans to support sales objectives. Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital marketing, social media, content marketing, events). Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities. Collaborate with the creative and product teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.

Leadership & Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, with at least [Number] years of experience. Demonstrable experience in writing and presenting professional business proposals. Strong analytical and research skills, particularly for pricing and market analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:



MBA or advanced degree. Experience in the Sales industry.
