We are looking for a

motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate

who thrives in a dynamic environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company helping customers, showcasing products, meeting sales goals, and ensuring the business stays inviting and organized. Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them to find products that suit their needs Understand, explain, and demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage Meet or exceed daily / weekly / monthly sales targets and KPIs Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and stock levels Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing; help with merchandising and display setup Assist with inventory tasks: receiving stock, restocking shelves, checking for damaged or expired products Handle customer queries and complaints with patience, professionalism and escalate if needed Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and deliver excellent customer service
Minimum Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing, sales, or business administration Prior experience in client or customer-facing role is an advantage; freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak in fluent English is a plus. Friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to help people. Basic math skills; comfortable handling payments and change Ability to stand / move around for long periods; some lifting of stock may be required Basic familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, sales intelligence and prospecting tools, communication and collaboration platforms, sales analytics and reporting tools, and e-signature and document management systems to be able to manage leads, track customer interactions, analyze performance, and streamline the entire sales process from initial contact to closing a deal.
