JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our AUTUMN team. The role involves selling customized T-shirts and caps, assisting customers with design and printing options, and ensuring smooth sales transactions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an interest in fashion trends, and the ability to engage customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and customizing T-shirts and caps. Explain product options, printing styles, fabrics, and pricing. Promote AUTUMN's print-on-demand services to achieve sales targets. Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Handle orders, process payments, and ensure timely delivery. Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Sales (fashion/retail/ Wholesale preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in fashion, design, or customization trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Positive, enthusiastic, and self-driven personality. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays if needed.
