Nestcon is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our products/services, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and skilled in identifying new business opportunities while maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, and market research
Present, promote, and sell Nestcon's products/services to prospective and existing clients
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support
Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals effectively
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Willingness to travel as required
Experience
3-5 years of experience in sales (experience in real estate/construction preferred, if applicable)
