Documentation: Accurately record customer information and sales details in the company\'s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Follow-Up: After the initial interaction, follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, answer any post-sale questions, and foster long-term relationships. Direct Client Meeting Sales Associate Responsibilities: Preparation: Prior to the meeting, tailor your presentation or pitch. Appointment Scheduling: Arrange and confirm meeting times with clients. Ensure that all necessary materials, samples, or product demos are prepared and ready. Negotiation: If necessary, engage in price negotiations or discuss contract terms. Be prepared to make concessions or adjustments to secure the deal. Relationship Building: Build rapport with the client, understanding their business objectives, and demonstrating how your offerings can contribute to their success. Closing the Deal: Guide the client through the final steps of the sales process, including signing contracts or making commitments. Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and agreements with the client in the company\'s CRM system. Post-Sale Support: Continue to support the client after the sale by addressing any issues, coordinating with relevant departments, and maintaining a positive relationship.
