Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with shippers and carriers to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.

Rate Negotiation & Contract Management:

Negotiate competitive freight rates and contracts to maximize profitability for both the company and clients.

Shipment Coordination:

Manage the end-to-end logistics process - from booking to delivery - ensuring smooth, timely, and efficient transportation.

Technology Utilization:

Use our advanced logistics platform to optimize daily operations, track shipments, and improve efficiency.

Customer Service Excellence:

Deliver exceptional service by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels throughout the shipping process.

Requirements:

Experience:

1 year of proven track record as a Freight Broker in the logistics/trucking industry.

Book of Business:

Candidates must have an established

book of business -

a portfolio of existing clients (shippers) that you actively work with and can bring with you to generate freight opportunities from day one.

Networking Skills:

Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships within the logistics and transportation sector.

Communication:

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
