Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard consultants eligible for bench placement, ensuring accurate
documentation and compliance with company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants to understand their skills,
preferences, and availability.
Conduct initial assessments of consultants to determine bench readiness and client fit.
Maintain an updated bench database with detailed consultant profiles, skills, and availability.
Ensure timely communication and follow ups with consultants regarding their willingness to
join our services.
Support contract negotiation and documentation for consultants where necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in IT staffing, bench sales, or technical sales is preferred.
Understanding of IT skills, technologies, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
