We are hiring a dynamic and confident Sales Executive to join our in-office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers by calling or messaging prospects, explaining our crypto education and premium membership plans, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call, WhatsApp & Follow Up with potential customers (data provided).

2. Explain Plans - Monthly, 6-Month, Annual - and their benefits clearly.

3. Understand Customer Needs and recommend the right plan.

4. Manage Objections and answer common queries confidently.

5. Close Sales and help with payment process + Telegram channel access.

6. Update CRM/Google Sheets with lead status and daily reports.

7. Work closely with founders to improve customer conversion strategy.

Required Skills:

? Good verbal communication in Punjabi, Hindi & Basic English

? Strong interpersonal & persuasion skills

? Basic tech skills - WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Telegram

? Confidence while speaking and dealing with clients

Preferred Candidate:

? 0-4 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support

? Quick learner, motivated, and passionate about growth

? Should be comfortable working from office full-time

? Basic awareness of cryptocurrency is a plus (training will be given)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
