Job Description

The Sales Associate is responsible for engaging customers, promoting products or services, and driving sales while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers to identify their needs. Promote and sell products to meet sales targets. Maintain product knowledge and inform customers about offers. Handle billing, returns, and customer queries. Keep the store neat, stocked, and visually appealing. Maintain sales records and report to the Store/Sales Manager.

Requirements:

High school diploma or graduate degree. 0-3 years of experience in sales or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
