Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the manufacturing and engineering products sector.
Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product feasibility and client satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline).
2-3 years of sales experience in engineering products within the manufacturing industry.
Proven ability to manage and lead a sales team effectively.
Strong understanding of the complete sales funnel and customer lifecycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
Exposure to B2B sales in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
