We are seeking dynamic and ambitious professionals with experience in sales, international voice processes, or logistics to support our US market operations. The role focuses on driving new business, building strong client relationships, and coordinating end-to-end freight solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to generate leads, assess customer needs, and secure new freight business.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends and market shifts to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers to achieve cost-effective and profitable agreements.
Manage all required freight documentation with accuracy and compliance.
Address and resolve issues throughout the transportation process to ensure smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in the US/international voice process
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
.
Background in freight brokerage or logistics is a strong plus.
Willingness to work night shifts (aligned to US time zone).
Familiarity with US geography and logistics terms is an advantage.
