Compensation
Fixed monthly salary:
?12,000 to ?17,000
Incentives/commission: Based on monthly performance and business target achievement.

Role Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving both
B2C (Business-to-Consumer)
and
B2B (Business-to-Business)
sales of KAFF-branded home appliances (chimneys, gas stoves, coffee makers and other kitchen/home appliances) and grooming products (hair dryers, trimmers) and/or lighting and home automation solutions. You will engage with retail customers as well as business clients (dealers, retailers, project/developer accounts), demonstrate product value, close sales, meet monthly business targets, and build long-term relationships.
A training program on the product features and usage will be provided.
Key Responsibilities :
Generate sales leads through walk-in customers, calls/referrals (B2C) and through business clients (dealers, retailers, corporate/project) (B2B).
Engage with customers and business clients to understand their needs in home appliances, grooming or lighting/automation, ask probing questions, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Demonstrate the features and benefits of the products: e.g., chimneys, gas stoves, coffee makers, hair dryers, trimmers; for lighting/home automation: smart lighting, control systems, home automation modules.
Present product solutions, provide quotations, negotiate and close sales with both end-users and business accounts.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation ? product demo ? proposal/quotation ? negotiation ? closure ? follow-up (installation/after-sales where needed).
Meet or exceed assigned monthly targets (units sold, revenue achieved, new business accounts added).
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, clients, quotations and orders in the CRM or sales log, and report regularly to the Sales Manager.
Build and maintain relationships with business clients (dealers, retailers, architects/contractors for lighting/automation) for account development, repeat business and referrals.
Assist in showroom or store merchandising: ensure product displays (appliances, grooming products, lighting / smart home exhibits) are maintained, demo units clean, signage/promotions visible.
Stay updated on product specifications, new launches, pricing, competitive products, market trends.
Provide excellent customer service: respond to queries/objections, coordinate installation or demo hand-over, ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions: product workshops, sales skill development, team meetings.
Feedback from the field: gather customer insights, competitor intelligence, market demands, and propose improvements or opportunities to the management.
Adhere to company policies, ethical selling practices, and maintain professional conduct at all times.
For the lighting & home automation role: engage with architects, interior designers, contractors, project consultants; prepare solutions and quotations for lighting/smart-home systems; coordinate with technical/installation teams for pre-sales/after-sales support.
Required / Preferred Qualifications & Attributes
Prior experience in sales of electronics / electrical appliances, home appliances, lighting or home automation is
preferred
.
Candidates with
an ITI Electrician certificate or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering
will be given
preference
(especially for lighting & home automation roles) due to a technical understanding advantage.
Good communication and presentation skills, ability to engage with both retail customers and business clients.
Strong sales mindset: target-driven, self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team.
Pleasant personality & professional demeanour.
Basic computer literacy (CRM/data-entry, MS Office) preferred.
Willingness to learn and attend training on product features, benefits and applications.
