Job Description

The

B2B Sales Associate

will be primarily responsible for driving

B2B sales

by identifying, approaching, and converting shops and businesses that require our products. This role involves regular field visits, structured follow-ups, and maintaining close, long-term professional relationships with business clients to ensure sustained revenue growth.

Core Responsibility



B2B sales is the core duty of this role.

The associate is expected to actively generate new business, close sales, and manage ongoing client relationships through consistent engagement and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities



Business Development & Sales



Identify and prospect shops, retailers, and businesses that may need our products Conduct field visits to introduce, promote, and sell company products Understand client business needs and propose suitable solutions Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines Close deals and achieve assigned sales targets

Follow-Ups & Client Engagement



Revisit prospective clients

every 3 days

to follow up on discussions and proposals Maintain a structured follow-up cycle until conversion Address client concerns and objections professionally Ensure timely communication and responsiveness

Relationship Management



Build and maintain

close, long-term professional relationships

with business clients Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned business clients Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and trust

Reporting & Coordination



Maintain accurate records of client visits, follow-ups, and sales progress Update CRM or sales tracking tools regularly Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information with the team Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in

B2B sales, field sales, or business development

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build long-term client relationships Self-motivated and target-driven approach Willingness to travel locally for field visits

Preferred Skills



Experience handling shop owners, distributors, or retail businesses Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting Strong follow-up and time-management skills Problem-solving and customer-centric mindset

Number of new business clients acquired Conversion rate of prospects Follow-up consistency (3-day revisit cycle) Revenue generated from B2B sales Client retention and repeat business

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
