Location: Mumbai

Brief description of the role :
Candidates are well versed with pitching complex financial products to customers and convert
them through their strong communication skills. Well versed with checking loan applications,
calculate right pricing for the customers and help them understand the value while selling repeat
loans. Candidates have a good understanding of lending procedures and customer service
experience.

& requirement for Cross Sell sales associate

• 
  Pitch and sell cross sell products to the existing Top customers Customers of the

company. (List of these customers is always shared)

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Someone who is able to conveniently and answer all of customers queries on loans.
• Aggressive in sales conversions.
• Prior experience in a Fintech, Bank or Any financial Institution would be an additional

benefit.
Experience and skill sets

• 
  Candidates have at least 2-3 years of Tele Sales experience
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good analytical skill sets to help explain complex financial products to customers
