About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and

target-driven Sales Associate

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in driving

tenant acquisition, building partnerships, and increasing occupancy

across Friendzo properties.

Key Responsibilities

Drive

tenant acquisition

through walk-ins, calls, social media leads, and referrals Build and maintain relationships with

prospective tenants

to close deals effectively Coordinate with the

operations team

to ensure smooth onboarding of tenants Achieve

monthly occupancy and revenue targets

Conduct property visits and showcase the value of Friendzo's offerings Assist in managing leads, tracking conversions, and optimizing the sales funnel Collaborate with the

marketing team

to execute local campaigns and promotions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration / Sales / Marketing / Hospitality

or related field 0-2 years of experience in

sales, hospitality, or real estate

(Freshers with good communication skills can apply) Excellent

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong

problem-solving mindset

and ability to handle objections Basic knowledge of

Excel, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms

Self-motivated and eager to work in a

fast-paced, startup environment
