Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Support:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally during night hours. Provide detailed product or service information and resolve queries efficiently. Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication and prompt service.

Sales Execution:

Identify customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and conversion rates. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.

Communication & Coordination:

Communicate clearly and confidently over phone, email, and chat platforms. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, customer support, etc.) for smooth order processing.

Data Entry & Reporting:

Maintain accurate customer records and sales logs using basic Excel functions. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with the team lead or manager.

Process Adherence:

Follow standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with company policies. Participate in night shift handovers and ensure all follow-ups are recorded.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and promotional offers. Attend regular training sessions and contribute to team development initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

(spoken and written).

Basic knowledge of Excel

(data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas). Prior experience or strong understanding of the

sales field

. Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations. Comfortable working in night shift hours and flexible with scheduling as needed.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
