We are seeking a high-energy sales professional with prior exposure to
Property Tech or Quick Commerce
environments. The role demands a strong hunter mindset--someone who can quickly connect with prospects, understand their business needs, and
close deals efficiently
. This position involves selling
tech-enabled solutions and/or manpower services
to B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue
new B2B sales opportunities
Pitch
technology solutions and/or manpower services
to potential clients
Build quick rapport with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Understand client pain points and propose relevant solutions
Drive the
complete sales cycle
from lead generation to closure
Meet and exceed assigned
revenue and conversion targets
Coordinate with Operations, Deployment, and Tech teams for onboarding and delivery
Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closure updates
Skills & Competencies
Strong
hustler mentality
with a clear focus on closures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
High confidence in outbound calling, meetings, and field sales
Target-driven, resilient, and outcome-oriented
Ability to move fast in dynamic, high-volume sales environments
Preferred Experience
1-3 years of experience in
Property Tech, Quick Commerce, Tech Sales, or Manpower/Services Sales
Experience selling to
property managers, builders, facility operators, retail chains, or operations-heavy clients
is a strong advantage
Familiarity with fast-paced sales cycles and quick decision-making environments
