Role Overview
This role supports core retail and mandate-driven sales operations across key Mumbai micro-markets. The position is ideal for high-energy, field-oriented professionals who can confidently represent a premium real estate brand while working closely with homebuyers, brokers, and developers. The role involves on-ground sales execution, client engagement, and coordination with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads and broker-referred client enquiries
Conduct site visits and premium property walkthroughs for prospective buyers
Coordinate with local brokers, developers, and internal sales teams
Support mandate-based sales execution and timely follow-ups
Update and maintain CRM records for leads, site visits, and client interactions
Participate in on-ground initiatives such as broker meets, club events, and client engagement activities
Ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales cycle
Candidate Profile
Graduate from a reputed Mumbai college (National College, Lala Lajpatrai, Sydenham preferred)
Prior experience in real estate sales, insurance, home loans, or related sales roles
Strong English communication skills with professional presentation
Good working knowledge of Mumbai geography and key micro-markets
Comfortable with a field-intensive, target-driven sales environment
High energy, proactive, and relationship-oriented approach
